How long does a project actually take?

STARTER sites are live within 7 days of the discovery call. GROWTH within 10 days. AUTHORITY within 14 days. The clock starts when content and brand assets are in our hands.

What if I don't have copy or brand assets ready?

Authority includes copy support. For Starter and Growth, you provide the content. If you need help writing, we can scope it as a fixed add-on before we begin.

Do I really own the site after launch?

Yes. Your domain, your hosting, your WordPress login, your code. Everything is in your name from day one. No retainers, no maintenance lock-ins.

What happens if I want changes after launch?

Every package includes a post-launch support window - 14 days for Starter, 30 for Growth, 60 for Authority - for small tweaks. After that, ongoing care is available on a fixed-quote basis per request.

Do you provide hosting?

We set it up in your name, on Cloudflare or a host of your choice. The bill goes to you directly. Typical cost is £5–£15 per month.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. We build on WordPress with a clean editor and walk you through it on launch day. If you can use Google Docs, you can manage your site.

What payment terms do you offer?

50% to start, 50% on launch. Payment by bank transfer or Stripe. Invoiced from a UK-registered company.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

Each package includes two or more revision rounds, depending on the pckage. If the work isn't right after both rounds, we have an honest conversation and refund the second deposit.
